Eric Pinkett is a Founder and Managing Partner of Century Infrastructure, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, capital allocation, and overall strategic direction. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions, and overseeing portfolio construction across sectors.
He began his career in commercial real estate
investment sales, working closely with investors to source and execute transactions across various asset classes throughout the Baltimore–Washington Corridor. That experience developed a disciplined, outreach-driven approach to sourcing, deepened his understanding of market inefficiencies in real asset markets, and built the foundation for his focus on identifying under-optimized, income-producing assets.
Eric graduated from McDaniel College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, where he was also a member of the Green Terror football team. Originally from Chestertown, Maryland, he now resides in Annapolis, MD, where he is actively involved in the local and regional business community.
Jeremy Sullivan is a Founding Partner of Century Infrastructure where he has a major focus on the full life cycle of identifying and qualifying investment opportunities as well as completing thorough due diligence to identify viable acquisition markets.
Jeremy’s background in B2B sales cultivated a deep understanding of how businesses grow revenue, build client relationships, and compete in complex markets. These skills directly inform how Century evaluates the operational health and growth potential of acquisition targets. His experience in medical device sales adds a layer of sophistication, having navigated highly regulated industries, long sales cycles, and relationship driven deal making at the institutional level.
Jeremy graduated from Wingate University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. He was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Jeremy grew up around Annapolis, MD and still currently resides there.
